Terms of Service

The rules of the road, kept short. Effective 21 July 2026.

The service

Arcen provides an OpenAI-compatible inference API, a web console for managing keys and usage, and related sites. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms. If you use Arcen on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

Accounts and keys

You sign in with an email address or wallet; a non-custodial embedded wallet is created for billing. API keys are shown once and are yours to guard: calls made with your key are your calls. You can revoke keys and set per-key spend limits in the console at any time.

Billing

Inference is billed per use: exact tokens at the rates posted on the models page, settled in USDG on Robinhood Chain. Cached repeat calls bill half-price tokens. There is no subscription and no per-call fee. Charges for served inference are final: compute, once spent, cannot be refunded. Unspent wallet balances remain yours. Posted rates can change; the rate at call time applies.

Free allowance

New accounts receive a free token grant (currently 5M tokens, valid for 7 days from signup, excluding frontier-tier models). The grant is a promotion, not an entitlement: we may change its size, eligibility, or duration for new signups at any time, and may revoke grants that are farmed with duplicate accounts.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to generate malware or CSAM, to attack the service itself, or to resell raw access in a way that misrepresents who serves the inference. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that threaten the platform or other users.

$ARCEN

$ARCEN is a utility token associated with the network. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and holder distributions, where offered, are revenue sharing from network usage, not an investment contract, deposit, or security offering. Do your own research.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Model outputs are machine-generated and may be wrong, and you are responsible for how you use them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact

We can update these terms; material changes will be announced on @ArcenCompute and continued use means acceptance. Questions: same place.
